  • Islander Condo # 313 är en West View, platinaenhet som rymmer upp till 6 personer. Gå in i vårt tropiska paradis bekvämt beläget för snabb och enkel åtkomst till stranden eller ditt val av två pooler.

    Köket har uppdaterats med lönnskåp, bänkskivor av kvarts, apparater i rostfritt stål och är fullt utrustade med alla verktyg för att tillgodose dina matlagningsbehov. Samla dig runt matbordet med plats för 6 eller koppla av i det mysiga vardagsrummet för att titta på 42 ”SMART-TV med strömmande Blue Ray Player och tillgång till digital kabel. Det finns en bäddsoffa för drottning för gäster.

    Det stora sovrummet har en ny king size-säng, plantage fönsterluckor och en 32 ”TV och Blue Ray-spelare. Det uppdaterade badrummet erbjuder en ny lönn dubbla fåfänga med bänkskivor i kvarts och en duschkabin. Gäst sovrummet har uppdaterats med en ny queen size-säng och en 18 "TV med en DVD-spelare. Ett paket finns också i gästrummet för våra minsta gäster. Gästbadrummet har en ny fåfänga och marmor badkar / dusch combo.

    Gå ut till den privata balkongen och se båtarna som kommer in och lämnar hamnen genom östpasset eller en av de hisnande solnedgångarna som en kväll kan erbjuda.

The floors were not clean, our feet was black from walking on the but worst of all it had many roaches throughout the unit. Was very disappointed and ready to check out.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Islander is in a great location with easy access to the beach. Very clean building. The furniture in our unit was very clean. But, it could be more comfortable. Bed in primary was just not good. Felt the springs and a real back hurler by morning. What is also needed is a foot stool of some kind. Be aware of the coffee table, it’s on wheels. Lastly, we have rented from many places around the country. A few things that should be included. Enough toilet paper for 10 days, Kleenex box, trash sacks, pump hand soap in the bathrooms, and a bottle of spray cleaner for the counters. Little things that make a difference in the overall stay. We asked for an extra roll of toilet paper on our last night at the main desk and were told no. Really? That left a lasting impression. We had rented there multiple times.

Perfect fit

We stayed here with 4 adults and a baby and it was just what we needed! The room was clean and so nicely decorated. Two pools, very nice beach, and activities. It’s also in a great central location.

Luckily they had change on site for their laundry area. Also, I thought there was an actual tiki bar-but it was just a high top table with chairs you could’ve used. Other than that, very lovely place and staff was always welcoming and nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My sister and I had a nice time on our week visit to Destin. The condo was in very nice condition and very clean. Would not want to be right over the pool next time. And we thought we had a gulf view and sunset view. The view between a number of buildings was not what we expected. Two suggestions are 1) some space in the kitchen cabinets or pantry to store food we brought with us would be convenient; and 2) a few coffee filters at least for the 1st morning would be great. The very nice woman at the front desk gave me a few to get me by.

Lovely Unit

The unit was very nice. It looked just like it did in the online pictures. The only glitch we had was at checkout. My sister in law misplaced her key but found it and turned it in a bit later than the other 3 of us. The office charged us 30.00 at first, then after a couple of calls said that they would refund it. They did but then charged us 60.00. After another phone call they refunded that too. They were apologetic. Overall it was a wonderful stay.
