This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Our family had a wonderful experience in The Monarch Home. Four individual families met here for our special event. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom, then enjoyed the shared family and kitchen area. The booking agency followed through with every single question I had in advance of booking, then again after booking. They made sure that things were in working condition. I sure appreciated that part. The pool was crystal clear, the house was well stocked, and the ice machine made our daily trips to the beach much easier for our coolers, etc. There were plenty of pool towels, as well as bathroom towels. The garage is packed with beach and pool supplies. On site laundry is also a huge plus with so many people! We were so close to grocery stores, restaurants and loved the go- cart track that was also close by. The airport is within 30 minutes for those flying in to stay. We will stay here again in the coming years!

The house is very spacious and property management is friendly. We enjoyed having beach access at walking distance. However, a lot of things do not work throughout the house such as bathroom vent fans, door locks, clogged showers, pool lights, kitchen vent hood, some tvs. The pool water is very dirty and foggy. Overall, our family enjoyed our stay, but will likely not book this specific house again.

Best House

This was by far the best house we’ve ever rented. The pictures captured the house beautifully. Our family of 15 could all be together or find our own space for a minute if needed. The pool and spa were perfect. I would rent this house again but know a few things going in. The house was clean however socks and feet were blackish on day one so it didn’t give great confidence on the floor. The kitchen had limited quality cooking supplies. Very scratched non stick frying pans, partially melted plastic utensils, 1 cutting board, etc. when cooking for a crowd it was a bit of a challenge. The pool table had four cue sticks but only one with a tip and no chalk. Chalk was requested and never delivered. The foozeball table had a whiffle ball. The beach is truly a block away but there is extremely limited public space. We had to set up by 6:30 - 7am to get a prime spot and if you weren’t there by 10 you likely couldn’t get a spot. The house was located in a great area and has a wonderful design. Other than the chalk for the pool table, we did have wonderful customer service when communicating with the management company.

Outdoor kitchen and pool area

The outdoor space at this house was perfect for the 8 kids and 10 adults. The pool was much larger than expected and the outdoor kitchen made daily dinner prep a fun event. Very well stocked house. We've stayed at many vacation rentals and this was hands down the best stocked with every day items like dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, TP, etc. The owner has a communication team that was always checking in via text to make sure everything was good. We had a great time and made many great memories this week.
