Awesome Experience

This condo was perfect for our mini-snowbird month. The condo was beautifully appointed, comfortable and clean. It had an excellent view of the Gulf with many property amenities - gym, grills, hot tub, bar, cafe, and pools all wonderful! Well situated and easy walk or drive to local restaurants / shopping. We would definitely rent again!

Fourth of July in Destin

Property was nice. Expectations not quite met with sleeping arrangements, but we made it work. Second bedroom not easy to fit three people as pictures would make you believe. Ice maker doesn’t work and bugs in kitchen. Grills for guests need lots of work. Great location! Easy to walk to stores and restaurants. Overall great stay because of the holiday— lots of great fireworks.

Great room, not my favorite resort

If you’re going to stay here this room is one of the nicer ones on the property (We went with family so I got to see many different ones). The cleaning company the resort uses is just ok. the condo was tidy and lots of it seems recently updated. The owners were super quick to respond to a clogged drain and answering questions. I would recommend booking umbrellas on the beach extremely ahead of time so you’re not at the back of the beach.

Great Property

This property is located in a great area. With 3 pools none of them were crowded and the tiki bar was awesome. Bonus was the servers from the tiki hut came down to the beach and did drink orders. The only downfall for us was you need to reserve the beach seating early. Had we known this we would have gotten a better view of the water and not rows of chairs (which were 5 rows deep). You can put up your own chairs behind them which we ended up doing since the seat selection wasn’t any better. The elevators were quick and everyone was nice. We would definitely be back to this place. Overall we had a great stay.

First time in Destin, FL...great location

While the place was not cleaned when we arrived at our unit the owner was very prompt to communicate with us even if they were not in the country. We didn't let this ruin our time. The location of the unit was perfect so that was our focus. The housekeeping showed up eventually to take out the dirty linens and towels. Overall, I would recommend this unit. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great pools, beach and location

My family 5 and I enjoyed time at the beach and the pools. We enjoyed a couple of the pools, the hot tub, the tiki bar, and the beach! We had one small issue that the owner addressed immediately and completely. I'll return.

Family getaway

It was a great week away for our family of 5. The property offered beach chair and umbrella rentals, the pools and drinks were great. The beach was beautiful!!! The space was just the right size for our family and not a far walk from the beach.

Honeymoon in Destin

Our honeymoon to Aruba was cancelled due to COVID so we went to Destin instead. This is a great property in a wonderful location. The condo was pretty clean, could have been vacuumed a little better but other than that it was great! The owner provided his cell phone number to us in case we had any issues. We will definitely recommend this condo to others!

Ladies Get Away

Great first time experience visiting Destin. Condo was very clean and updated. Comfortably accomodated four adults. Great location as you are close to a lot of Destin sites and right on the beach. Would definitely stay at this condo again.

Fantastic view

The Condo is really nice and was just renovated. It has everything that made our vacation memorable. The kitchen has all utensils , pots and pans. Fast WiFi for kids games. 2 big screen TVs that made watching movies enjoyable. The best part is the view from the balcony facing the water and one side facing the city. The security is really tight in that place which makes it safe if you have kids. Definitely will repeat again soon.
