Just a short 200-yard stroll to the private, deeded beach, this vacation spot offers all the charm and ease of coastal living—without the need to cross busy roads. The condo features tropical-inspired dĂ©cor and an open, relaxed layout perfect for families or groups. Sleeping arrangements includes a total of 2 queen-sized beds and a twin over full bunk with pull out trundle, providing plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for meal prep, and the in-unit washer and dryer add extra convenience during your stay. Whether you're soaking up the sun on the nearby beach or enjoying quiet moments indoors, St. Martin Beachwalk Villas #221 is the ideal place to make lasting beachside memories.

* Per HOA (2) vehicle limit for each unit, trailers, RV's, and boats are not allowed. Each parking pass costs $20, instructions on how to pay this will be emailed once the reservation is confirmed.

St. Martin Beachwalk Villas has a deeded beach access down your own private walkway. You do not have to cross Highway 98 to get to the sugar white sands and emerald, green waters of the Gulf. The 3-story, low rise complex is centrally located in Destin, so you can leave the car parked all week and enjoy the community pool, grilling area, close proximity to Big Kahuna's water park, shopping, restaurants, and more! You can't beat the convenience and affordability of St. Martin Beachwalk Villas! Please note, this complex does not have an elevator.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!  Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

It's directly across the street from Big Kahuna's Waterpark, full of great splashing fun for the kids. In walking distance to Mellow Mushroom and the Pancakery!

Near beach

Condo was near beach. Area was loud with neighboring condos loud over several nights. Someone came in to our unit at 7 AM the one morning then quickly left before I could approach them. The door was locked so they had the code.

It was a fantastic stay! Very clean and a short walk to the beautiful private beach. The only thing that could make it better was if there were more dining options within walking distance.

Condo itself was as advertised. It was clean and a great location. My only complaint is they gave us the wrong beach gate code and we could not get anyone on the phone to get the correct code. Luckily another renter saw our troubles and helped us.

Clean, quiet and convenient!

When you first walk in you immediately notice the cleanliness, all cabinets, drawers and refrigerator was top tidy! The private beach was a 3 minute walk and was clean and not overly crowded. We have stayed in Destin 3 times in over 4 years and this location was the most convenient to all attractions!

Very very noisy

The property itself was nice. The plumbing was horrible. The tubs and sinks wouldn’t drain. We had to clear the drain in master tub by pulling all the hair out of drain to get it to drain. The owner of the unit above us was renovating. Lots of pounding and stomping all night and the following day. We travel to Destin quite often and we won’t be staying there again.

Worth it!!

The check-in/ check-out process was completely over text which was super nice. The entire place was very clean and comfy. The walk to the beach was short and simple. The parking lot and pool never got too crowded. Overall, we loved it! It will definitely be a place we will be coming back to next year!!

Great property; close to everything

We had a great stay! The condo is in very close walking distance to the beach, Big Kahunas, Dunkin Donuts, and a fresh seafood market. It is also very close driving distance to the Destin Commons Mall, The Track, the Destin Harbor, and a ton of restaurants. We had 8 people staying and didn’t feel overcrowded. The kids loved the bunk room. The pool is smaller but wasn’t overly crowded while we were there and was a great size for our kids ranging from 4-11. It was great to have bathrooms at the pool. The kitchen was well equipped for us and there were also plenty of towels (as well as complimentary beach towels for our use should we need them). The only thing it was lacking was a view of the ocean which we were aware of prior to booking. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would rent this property again!

An adorable ocean themed condo.

Very comfortable environment and pretty close to the beach. In addition to the adorable well maintained and attractively decorated condo, if there were any problems with appliances, doors etc. the attention given to correct problems was impressive and greatly appreciated! The only reason I didn't give a 5 star on the location and neighborhood is the neighbor above us was SO loud at night and I'm talking 1:00 and 2:00 am!!!!! It was like she/he was dropping things on the floor purposely, pounding on the walls etc. etc.

Nice but could be cleaner

The overall condo was nice and roomy it had starter stuff like soaps and dish soap.. but the detailed cleaning could have been better especially at this time with covid 19.. it was clean but base boards were dirty, walls had smeared food where other little hands had touched.. .. but the overall stay was very pleasant. This makes 2 times we have stayed here the private access to beach is great..

Check in was at 5:00. We were warned that due to COVID-19, there would be no early check-ins. We arrived really early that day. The company was able to check us in early which we were really appreciative of because it was raining and HOTT!! We had issues with the keyless entry system. But, the company was on top of everything. I felt like a nuisance with my multiple phone calls and texts, but they were always so polite and attentive. The beach is a short walking distance and everything we did was nearby. Great location. Beautiful condo. THANK YOU!
