First and foremost, the condo itself was decent. If it weren't for a couple big problems, then I'd be willing to give a 4-5 star review. That said, two things were deal breakers for us:
1. The TVs were 5-inch thick Toshibas from like 2006 with not a smart feature available (no Netflix, apps, etc and terrible picture quality). Additionally, the couches were worn and beat up.
2. Much more important than 1 above, which I could overlook if it weren't for this issue I'm about to talk about, there were three elevators on the property. One of them was out of order the entire trip. The 2nd only worked about 25% of the time and I spoke to multiple vacationers who got stuck in the elevator for up to 30 minutes while the property management tried to fix it. The third elevator worked for the most part but because of the above issues, there was always a long line waiting for the elevator and it could take 10-20 minutes just to get on.
For cheaper than we paid for this condo, we could have just done a large room at the Hilton nearby with a full kitchen and probably saved 500 bucks.
