Spring specials! Poolen utanför ytterdörren, 200 Yds till stranden, ny luftkonditionering

  • Välkommen till Destin, Florida med sockervit sand och smaragdgröna vatten! Vi har ett radhus med tre sovrum, två och ett halvt badrum fullt utrustat med alla köksapparater, handdukar, sängkläder, filtar och till och med badlakan! Du kan parkera precis vid din dörr (inga trånga hissar eller parkeringsplatser för att dra ditt bagage igenom!).

    Det finns en pool cirka 25 meter från vår ytterdörr och en annan närmare stranden. Bara en kort promenad över gångbro över sjön och sedan cirka 150 meter till stranden.

    Det finns 3 sovrum, ett med en drottning med komplett badrum, 2: a sovrummet har en full säng och det tredje sovrummet har 2 enkelsängar. Två av sovrummen har TV. Familjerummet har en TV med en DVD-spelare! En helt ny utdragbar bäddsoffa och kärleksstol också i familjerummet för att ligga på och titta på en film på din TV!

    Det finns också ett tvättstuga på den första nivån för din användning så att du kan gå hem med rena kläder!

    Det finns många bekvämligheter att njuta av på Southbay, två upplysta tennisbanor och två stora pooler (en uppvärmd, 2 barnpooler också). Naturligtvis den fem tunnland stora sötvattensjön som du kan fiska i precis utanför ett lusthus. Sedan en kort promenad (5 minuter) till den privata stranden utan några gator att korsa!

    Det kommer att finnas några solstolar och ett paraply för din användning, även strandhanddukar! Boogie-brädor och andra strandleksaker! Det finns en vagn för att dra dina saker ner till stranden.

    Southbay by the Gulf ligger i hjärtat av Destin. Det finns ett stort utloppsgalleria cirka tio minuter bort! Det finns många fantastiska restauranger i närheten att njuta av! Om du är en golfare finns det flera fantastiska banor! Super Wal-Mart är mindre än fem minuter bort och du har en livsmedelsbutik tvärs över gatan!

    Det finns flera affärer och restauranger som du kan gå till! Vattenparken Big Kahuna är katthörn från Southbay för hela familjen att njuta av! Många minigolfbanor och go-carts och andra åkattraktioner för dina barn att njuta av!

    Kom och bo på detta vackra radhus som du kan köra ända fram till din dörr och inte behöva röra dig med trånga hissar. Privata stränder så att du inte behöver slåss mot de trånga offentliga stränderna!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. A pool is available right outside of the condo. Beach access is available within walking distance of the condo unit. Close proximity to shopping, dining and recreation.

We were in town from Dallas, TX for a long family getaway weekend at the beach. The location was great for family and pets, right next to a pool and not too far from the boardwalk to the beach. We had a couple of great family games of Pickleball and lots of food and stores within walking distance from the unit. Great location.

We love Destin!!! It’s our favorite place in the world. Southbay has been part of our family for 33 years now. Love this area.

Everything about the location and condo was perfect.

The walk to the ocean was perfect 600 feet or so. Walk to the pool right across the street was perfect and yet everything was quiet the whole time we were there is an enjoyable stay

Great Place

The condo was great. There were 8 of us that. stayed I n the condo and it was great to have the 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. We weren't that far from the ocean either. The rental agent, Linda was great.

Good place to stay for a beach trip

Nice location with restaurants and stores in walking distance. Loved that the pool was right outside the door. The beach is a small walk but nothing ridiculous. Only bummer was that the beach connected to the property didnt allow any personal pop up tents or canopies. You could rent their chairs and tents but we usually have everything we need ourselves. Other than that we had no issues, the property itself was very clean and well maintained and would recommend to a friend.

Good stay

This property was good and very nice. We were just not is happy with how far the beach was based on the listing description. Also the gate code to the beach were not correct. Other then those two problems the place was great would definitely consider it again.

Condo

The condo is in poor condition, furniture is very dated, floors, tub and shower dated, patio area cracked bench dirty needed to be cleaned or painted, table in patio old umbrella broken. Beach chairs limited and could not be used, had to pay $30.00 a day to go to the beach to rent chairs. Long walk to beach area. Paid way to much to stay at this condo. Air conditioning in upstairs not working well would not recommend this condo to anyone

Wonderful Stay

Great location for the price! The property listing is in NO way misleading. The walk to the beach is NOT that far. We traveled with 3 teenagers and a 5 and 4 year old. The littles never once complained about the walk even after hours at the beach. The bridge was actually the highlight of the walk because the kids were fascinated with all of the turtles! I do recommend to take advantage of the wagon provided as this will make your walk much more pleasant. The home was clean upon our arrival. Upstairs was hot but we anticipated that due to heat rising and it being mid day….Easy fix….shut the doors to the rooms, turn the air to desired temp and utilize fans if needed! Make sure the sliding glass door stays shut so the unit does not have to work harder. The pool was literally outside the door which was great for the younger kids. There is plenty of beach toys for kids if you don’t want to buy any and beach towels furnished. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again. We had a small unforeseen issue but Lynda had it fixed within an hour. If your looking for affordability and a great location this is the place for you. There are things that need to be updated in bathrooms and areas around the house so if your looking to rent a “perfect modernized home” for this price, this is NOT the place for you. If your looking for a quiet, clean and family oriented home look no further!

Not recommended

Poorly maintained. Tried to make the best of my stay. Had dull headache for 2 days, kitchen ceiling vent had BLACK MOLD on the outer edges of the vent, I am sensitive to mold. Called the owner she came and cleaned the black mold, she told me her husband would come the next day for additional cleaning, according to the owner her husband stopped by but no answer at door. Why her husband could not text, call or leave a note is beyond me. Furniture is dark wood, dusty upstairs and downstairs. Kitchen faucet leaks. Patio furniture dirty with leaves and dirt, concrete in poor condition. Owner lists fire extinguisher and smoke alarm on property it isn’t Living room couch uncomfortable, kitchen table seats uncomfortable. Other condos in the area are modern, cleaner and updated for a comfortable stay. Upstairs hot and difficult to sleep comfortably needs dehumidifier. Way overpriced, do not waste your time.
