Very nice condo!

We had such a great stay! The condo was so clean and very safe. Great location and right on the beach. Chairs and an umbrella on the beach were included in our stay. The beds were so comfortable and it was very nice having our own washer and dryer! The elevators were constantly breaking during our stay but there’s stairs and that isn’t the owners fault. The place did keep fixing them but we mostly just opted for the stairs.

Amazing Experience!

Perfect Location

The one negative I would say is the air never did get down to 70. It was hot the whole time even at night . Glad I bought a fan but still it was miserable sweating . Over all perfect trip.

Very nice decor. Overall a good experience.

Right on the beach. Very nice beach. Would have been perfect if the property had a hot tub. Guest bathroom shower did not have hot water. Almost a deal breaker but I didnt have to use that bathroom. Property staff could not help with the hot water issue.

Definitely coming again

Our stay was amazing! Convenient to the beach and to all the best restaurants. We are definitely coming again. The condo we stayed at can use just a little bit of updating but if it doesn't happen that will not stop me from coming back. What I did find annoying is the chair and umbrella rental at the beach. They took ALL the beach front and wanted us to pay $40 a day to rent!!!! That's only for 2 chairs and 1 umbrella. We are a family of 7...... we had to walk a bit with all our gear and find a spot to be able to not sit behind people. It was a pain but we got used to it. I would definitely recommend if you don't mind walking to find a good spot.

Wonderful condo!

Wonderful condo! Nice and comfortable furniture with room for 7 to sit. Spacious. The only downfall is having to rent beach chairs. They cost us an extra $150.00 for each setup (2 chairs and 1 umbrella)and we rented 2 sets. That's an extra $300.00. A setup costs $40.00 a day. Holiday Isle needs to get new people in there to do chair rental.

Visiting Destin for Baseball Tournament

This property is right on the beach which made it fast and easy to get in some beach time scheduled around my son's games. Check in was fast and the property is exactly as shown on the pictures. It was clean and neat.

Great Condo!

This condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies, & plenty of bath towels/wash cloths in both bathrooms. We had 5 people (2 adults/3 kids) in our condo and there was more than enough room. Great view from balcony, great location, and we had beautiful weather for our entire stay. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend booking through RealJoy vacations, everything went well — no issues at all.

There was cooking oil all over the counters upon arrival and hair all over the bathrooms. The reason why we chose this property is because they said they used CDC compliant inspectors and cleaners, and the condo wasn't cleaned very well. Had to clean it again upon arrival

Good Stay, one issue

The property was nice and clean. Check in could have been a bit smoother as it was difficult to get communication on early check in. Eventually was able to talk with a rep who helped get us in. My only real issue is they apparently scheduled an insurance claim review during the middle of our stay. When we returned to the condo from the beach there were insurance claims people inside the room. We were not given notice of this and therefore it was a bit off putting to see strangers walking around the rooms will all of our stuff in it. The insurance people were nice, and left as soon as they could, but I believe prior notification to the renters would have been appropriate.

Beach to Room in 5 Minutes!

Grab eat view, very clean, AC worked great. Leave the room and just a short walk to the beach. Minutes to parasailing, boat rentals, great shopping and restaurants. We will be back! Terry from North Texas

Cute / Clean condo

The condo was very clean and inviting. Beds were all very comfortable. In the add for the condo it stated we would have an umbrella and 2 chairs available to us for renting the condo. The front desk lady was very rude in telling me that the condo that I rented did not come with the chairs and could not explain why. There were chairs in the condo, however, we needed to stay behind the blue umbrellas that were already set up on the beach in the mornings. Didn't think it was right for one renter to be treated different than another.
