    "Villa Destiny" gör det roligt att se lyxigt ut! Inom Port of Destiny East är detta det perfekta fritidshuset där du kan rensa huvudet och njut av lyx som bor inom bara 5 minuters gångavstånd till de fantastiska stränderna i Mexikanska golfen. Villa Destiny rymmer upp till 15 gäster med sina 6 sovrum och 6, 5 badrum fördelade jämnt över de 3 nivåerna. Utomhusområdet har lika mycket att erbjuda!  Skäm bort dig själv med en eftermiddagsslapp vid den privata poolen och bubbelbadet, eller laga ute med familj och vänner på grillen och få ett bord med pingis!

    Den första våningen består av tre King Suites. På andra våningen finns det huvudsakliga vardagsrummet, som innehåller invecklade, lyxiga detaljer överallt du ser ut och utstrålar en lugn, kustnära atmosfär. Vardagsrummet har gott om bekväma sittplatser med två plysch soffor. Köket är utrustat med avancerade apparater av rostfritt stål och fyllda med alla nödvändiga tallrikar, köksredskap och köksredskap. Det finns en frukostbar med plats för 4 gäster. Intill köket är det eleganta formella matplats med plats för sex gäster. För att sova arrangemang på andra våningen finns en King Suite.

    På tredje våningen finns Master King Suite. Denna svit är dröm till stranden Denna magnifika svit har en elegant bäddsoffa; franska dörrar som leder till möblerad tredje våningen balkong; och ett fåfängdsbord perfekt för att göra sig redo för en natt ute. Den imponerande mästaren badrummet har granit diskar; dubbla handfat fåfänga; stor badkar; och en rymlig dusch. Det finns också en våningssäng på denna våning med en tvilling-över-våningssäng som rymmer 3 gäster. Våningssängrummet har även ett eget badrum med duschkabin. Villa Destiny var verkligen byggt för att behaga!

          
    Bröllop / Evenemang - Alla bröllop / evenemang måste vara godkända av Beach Reunion. A $ 750. 00 evenemangsavgift krävs för alla bröllop eller evenemang. Dessutom krävs en $ 1000 återbetalningsbar deposition för alla bröllop. Observera att tält och baldakiner inte är tillåtna på privat strand på grund av HOA-föreskrifter.

Family fun

This was our first time in Destin and had a great time. The beach was easily accessible and was beautiful! The golf cart was very useful and parking at the beach was no problem. A couple of days rain showers kept us off the beach but the grandkids enjoyed the pool instead.

Amazing house

Our family enjoyed this house so much we didn't want to leave! The pool and outdoor area was so relaxing. The home was absolutely gorgeous with the most beautiful decor. I hope we can return some day!

Wonderful vacation

The place is amazing. It's very close to the beach. You can rent chairs and an umbrella from 9-5 and come and go to the beach as you please. The management team responds quickly and addresses any issue you might have. We had a great week and will be back.

Great house!

The house was great overall. Very beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and bedding. Some cleaning under the furniture could be improved, but overall was very clean. It had everything you need. We had some initial problems with the check in and golf cart, but it was resolved by the management quickly enough. Overall, communication with manager/owner was great. The location is amazing, we are regular there, so we already knew where we are coming. it's a beautiful, quiet, gated community very close to the beach.

Dining room furniture chair legs broken. Outside furniture ripped and stained along with living furniture. Shower in upstairs bathroom leaked dripping water to the living room unable to use the shower entire stay. Pool was dirty!

Negative

The house was clean and great location but we experienced some negative things for example the fridge did not cool, we had milk orange juice yogurts vegetables ice cream MEAT and shrimp in there and they came to “fix” it and said to wait 24-48hrs but by then we would of checked out and it still never cooled it in fact got hotter. Then the outside deck lights did not work as well as the pool lights did not work so it was completely dark out there by the evening. Was told they would stop by to check it out and never did. The gas grill had no propane and I was told they would refill them and they never did, I had to go buy my own, the hose was also leaking making it extremely difficult for us to cook on it, Was told it would get fixed and never did. Unfortunately we were really disappointed being we payed a good amount of money for a nicer house to have all of these things happen.

Lovely home

We were very happy with the house. It was clean and comfortable. We had a large group and we all felt like we had a lot of space and loved having a full bath in every bedroom. The pool is small but it was nice to have one at the house. We also enjoyed the neighborhood pool a couple of times. The ping pong table at the house is not usable. There were also no paddles or balls available. Renting a golf cart is a must to get your gear to the beach. Parking was a little hectic but we managed to get a spot most times. Overall a great stay!

Beautiful Home, minor issues

We traveled with three families and had a comfortable week long stay. Each room has its own bathroom which was extremely helpful given the age ranges of our family members. The house is decorated nicely and temperature was kept cool throughout our stay. The beds and pillows could be improved considering the cost of the rental. The kitchen table had some chairs with loose legs as well as the third floor master bed. Several rooms had ceiling fans that were not working properly. On the day of our arrival I received a call that the refrigerator was not cooling so maintenance brought out a smaller one which worked out ok. We were limited on space in the replacement refrigerator and the repairman didn’t come back to fix the main fridge. Other than that, we enjoyed the rental and it’s amenities. The beach is a short walk and the owners provide several chairs, umbrellas, as well as a wagon for the beach. Aside the minor inconveniences, we had a memorable vacation and would definitely stay there again.

Was disappointed with the overall appearance. Stuffing coming out of pillows on the patio set. Blinds were filthy. Had to have the luving room furniture and dining chairs cleaned, as they were filthy. Bad lighting in bathrooms. Have to pay for elevator if you want to use it. Access to beach is at least a 10 min walk. Pool area and back yard back up to hwy 98. Loud cars, motorcycles, etc. No privacy

Birthday Vacation

This is an amazing property. I loved the bedrooms and the master suite on the third floor is very spacious. I have a few nitpicky issues but nothing that would prevent me from staying here again: 1) The pillows on all of the outside furniture need to be replaced due to normal wear and tear 2) The sofa and chairs in the living room need to cleaned because they are stained 3) The blinds on the doors on the second level need to be replaced because they are damaged. Finally, I think the use of the elevator should be included in the cost of the rental and should not be a separate charge. We had an issue with the elevator but the staff was very helpful and sent someone out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the house is very nice. I recommend this property and would stay here again. Thanks!

Nice accommodations. The proximity to the beach was great (especially with a golf cart) and the private pool area was just right. The community pool and playground for the kids was used often.

The house is located in a beautiful gated community!! Just absolutely gorgeous location!! My kids were disappointed the ping pong table was broken in pieces & not able to be used! And I would suggest a nice deep cleaning of the living room furniture & wood work! But those are simply suggestions that would have given this home a perfect rating!! I still give it a 4 star rating otherwise!!

Felt like Royalty!

Beautiful home. Decor was cute and beach vibe, yet sophisticated and elegant. Having private heated pool was amazing. Busy street on front side, but trees and bushes give you privacy. Kitchen was fully stocked with supplies. Close to beach, but did rent golf cart having baby and parents in 70’s. Used credit for bike rentals & teens got good use of them. Had a great week overall.

Very nice family home

This was very nice The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very nice and updated. The pool was small but perfect for our needs. We had an 11 month old baby . Although we brought our own, they provide a highchair, baby gates and a portable play yard . The house does back on to a busy street but there is a hedge. Was pleased with everything. The management team was helpful with our Christmas packages

Perfect for us!

Beautiful property! Couldn’t ask for much more. Plenty of space, beautifully decorated, convenient location, responsive property Managment company! Enjoyed the movie theater at the clubhouse. It gave us a sense of normalcy considering we haven’t been to a movie theater in 12 months due to Covid.
