The main floor boasts two inviting bedrooms, one adorned with a luxurious king bed and the other with a comfortable queen bed. The kitchen features a cozy bar nook, catering to all your beverage desires. Step through the door wall into the backyard, to unveil a beautiful pool, perfect for leisurely afternoons under the sun. Ascend to the second floor, where a delightful loft area bathes in natural sunlight, creating an ideal space for indulging in a good book or enjoying a morning coffee. The second-floor master bedroom exudes comfort and elegance, featuring a snug fireplace and a balcony overlooking the canal. The master bathroom offers a luxurious retreat, boasting a soaking tub alongside a spacious shower, inviting you to unwind in style. As a bonus, the home includes four adult bikes for exploring the surrounding area, with beach access just a short stroll away. This home offers the convenience of docking a 22-foot boat parallel to its dock. However, please note that boats longer than 22 feet cannot be accommodated. Additionally, there is no boat ramp available, and trailers are not permitted in the driveway of this property.
