“The place is perfectly located, beautiful mountains view with an incredible sunset watching point. It has a great proximity to Santa Elena, Monteverde and all attractions around. Communication with the host is very smooth. Yaloco Chalet is semi-glamping accomodation though (tent door in the main bedroom), it is a bit challenging to rest when you have a light sleep - quite noisy with wind and/ or rain. Other than that it was a nice 2-nights' stay.”

“A really lovely hotel located in La Fortuna and within easy walking distance to the central square and surrounding bars and restaurants. Parking outside was useful as we had a car to access all the nearby attractions. Room itself was clean, modern and comfortable and there are shared kitchen facilities available too. Great communication. Would recommend this hotel.”

“The property looks just like it's pictured. It's an amazing view. It's nice to have access to the hotel below, but it's not really walkable. It is if you want a cardio workout, the steep climb is tough even when you're in shape. I did it once and it was a hard climb/walk. So much to do in the area and even though we were there in the rainy season we were prepared and didn't let the rain stop us. ”

“The whole area is just wonderful! The house was so beautiful. All the extra touches like hand painted tiles throughout, an extensive library of local creatures that may be seen and even a spotting scope. This is Costa Rica, so be aware that when you find a house gecko in the house it brings you good luck. We were very lucky! We loved it. “Family of 5 with 3 college age kids. This property was just as advertised. It is clean and simple but nice. Property has 2studio apartments and a rooftop terrace. No hammocks as in pics. The 3 kids took the downstairs floor with two beds and my husband and I took the second floor. No air conditioning but not needed with the ceiling fans and screened windows opened. "Vi fick ett rymligt rum med uteplats som vätte ut mot naturen, hade lite utsikt över vulkanen och där vi hörde bruset från forsen. Fint spaområde med många pooler med temp från varmt till hett samt större pool med normal temp. Hela området är som en botanisk trädgård med vackra blommor och stora fåglar som går omkring. Frukosten var den bästa på hela resan."
