I rated the cleaning as a little bit lower than five because the floors were still wet when I arrived to the room, but it could be because I was given an upgrade, in case I forgive them :-). Breakfast was good and the location is close to the Mosque but the area as such is quite boring/ sterile.”

“Queensize studio. Det var inte städat och luktade illa i rummet. Fick löftet att få byta rum men det infriades inte. Slutade fråga efter tredje dagen. Bra poolområde med sauna. Lugnt område i staden. Nära till mycket och en jättebra supermarket. Parkeringen jättebra. Personalen var generellt bra förutom kvinnan i receptionen som inte infriade sitt löfte om rumbyte. ”

“Arrived to find hotel had technical issues and we were re-routed to their sister hotel .. on the face of it not a big problem however we were travelling on a tight schedule and missed our concert that we had booked for that evening , the hotel looked after us well and a refund gratefully received, very honourable..... ”

Our taxi dropped us at the Park Rotana reception, but we were directed to the Park Arjaan reception, which was a 3-5 min walk. “Var i Abu Dhabi för att se säsongsavslutningen av Formel 1. Hotellets läge var bra för vidare transport till Yas Marina. Bara att gå ut från hotellet och kliva på bussen eller ta en taxi. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal, bra restaurang. Lite dåligt dock med andra restauranger i närområdet. Men, med taxi så löste vi det också. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta hotell.”

"one of the best hotels ever, and I've travelled the world! everything is just perfect here. the food is amazing, the pools are waoooo, staff is kind. boat tour on their canals is beautiful. just perfect! the only minor issue was about guests/pool boys taking pool chairs very early in the morning and the guests arriving few hours later, so unnecessary. "

"This is not a serious hotel. Seem to make it into a business to scam people based on not complying with the fine print (which is really hard to find when booking). We had a flight the next day but our boarding pass was standby so they didn't allow us to stay or get a refund. Seems to be their way of business judging by many other reviews. Don't give them your money."
