“The accommodation was beautiful and every detail was catered for. The host was so helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was ordered and they delivered it in the morning. The food was delicious The hot tub was brilliant. The location was brilliant as we wanted to walk in the surrounding area”

“Very welcoming and well thought out accommodation. Would definitely stay again ”

“Gorgeous house, all the little extras where great thank you ”

“I had a really amazing time when I stayed at this property and was pleasantly surprised with everything that it had to offer. Both my partner and I had a wonderful, cosy experience and believe it was an absolute bargain for everything that you get! 10/10 :)”

“Very good experience. Many thanks.”

“Renovated clean place with a comfy double-bed (the bed sofa not so, unfortunately) and a small pentry with a micro-wave. No cooking facilities though. Close to bus stops, restaurants, city center and Brighton beach. Very neat and nice. Highly recommended ”

“Gorgeous flat, quiet, really comfortable, fantastic set up with everything you need in the kitchen, clean, and even a couple of croissants left for breakfast. The bed was comfy, the room was dark and a blackbird very gently woke us up at a reasonable time in the morning. At the end of the road are loads of decent eateries as well as a lovely pub with excellent bar staff. There's on street parking outside, free overnight to 9am, and then £6.50 for 4 hours. I think you likely have to move...

“Beautiful studio in an absolute excellent location. Can’t wait to come back!!”

“This place is little better than a youth hostel: unwelcoming, grim, dirty and unsafe. You would do better sleeping in a skip. There are no human beings involved in the entire process; all communication is through WhatsApp. Upon "registering" you are presented with a series of additional charges not mentioned on the booking site before "check-in". The "hotel" is completely unmarked on a grotty street just off the beachfront. It apparently operates under multiple names. The front door to the...

“Absolutely loved this place. It was nicely decorated, modern and clean and had everything we needed along with parking just outside. Lovely to be so close to the seafront and the city centre. It was a little damp inside but we stayed there during an extreme heatwave so I guess that’s to be expected. But maybe a de-humidifier would be worth investing in for such conditions. All in all, loved the place and will definitely be staying there again in the future when visiting Brighton.”

“We were late booking accommodation for Goodwood so didn’t have many options without needing to remortgage the house. We choose Marine Court for price and location. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived as it’s actually a firefighters charity who rent their rooms out of a weekend, and is used for firefighters rehab during the week. The room we had was big, modern and spotlessly clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful and reception was manned 24/7. There is no bar at the weekend...

“En fin lägenhet centralt i vackra The Lanes och nära piren. Bra och rymlig med fint kök. Nackdelen var att när vi kom fanns ingen toalettpapper så man fick gå och handla det som krävs för daglig behov.”

“This property is in disrepair and is not being maintained. One part of the floor is sinking and propped by loose boards. There is an overall smell of mildew/mold throughout the place, and most of the surfaces need a good cleaning. In the bathroom the shower tap is rigged so that you cannot increase the temperature past a moderate level, and the shower door is falling off the frame. I also came across many spiders. ”
