“Excellent séjour dans un environnement champêtre, tres calme.Le logement est spacieux, avec une tres grande pièce à vivre, et une cuisine ouverte fonctionnelle. Belle terrasse privative bien exposée à l'est.Notre hôtesse est très réactive et disponible. Petit bémol, la connexion Wi-Fi est tres instable, à améliorer. “Stayed one night and selected this hotel because of the low price and it's location right by the citadel. The room was a small apartment, which was great. The wi-fi could be better, we could only log in one at the time. The breakfast was an additional 9€, and unfortunately turned out to be a big disappointment. No eggs, no vegetables, no fruits. Just small packs of yoghurt together with the most basic make-your-own-sandwich breakfast I've ever seen, with only cheap white baguettes as bread.”

“The location to the castle is 2 nd to none. A 5 minute walk is all it takes to be at the castle. We booked for Bastille Day. Spent the day walking around . We had lunch then returned to 514 , showered and changed. Returned to the castle for supper . Watched the fireworks display which was breathtaking. Fantastic location.The room was clean and equipped with fridge, 2 ring hob, microwave, coffee maker ( one pod machine and also a filter machine) Well worth a visit and great value for money.”

“We had a great time together at Chataeu Donos with its scenic surroundings and historic sites, and can warmly recommend spending time there. We were treated very well and Alain showed a wonderful hospitality and some nice surprises. The rooms were large, spacious and fresh.”

“Close to town centre, station, canal du midi. Solidly built building and large room. Bed comfy. Initial difficulty in that i recieved no coms from landlord. No answer to phonecalls. Reply to my message was that they had no booking for me and that i was mistaken. Later they sent entry codes after i told them i had receipt and would meet at set time in local bar. Once in I was pleasantly suprised by room and bathroom. ”

“La maison de Nadia et Patrick correspond en tous points aux photos de l’annonce. Elle est extraordinairement spacieuse et bien équipée. Il est possible de profiter de plusieurs endroits de détente (repas et apéros) en fonction de l’heure de la journée. La vue sur la vallée est magnifique sans vis à vis. L’ensemble des prestations sont à la hauteur (piscine, jacuzzi, table de Ping Ping, wifi, plancha….). Et que dire de l’accueil de Nadia et Patrick. Des hôtes charmants, disponibles et...

“We enjoyed our stay here. It was in a perfect location - close to everything in the Bastide and an easy walk to the Cite. Richard was super helpful and even helped us with an additional accommodation that we needed. If we are in Carcassonne again, this is where we will stay!”

“We spent here 3 nights for visiting the Tour de France…The cozy and well equipped apartment with covered roof terrace is great located, just few meters to the finishline and few meters to anything else!Even for three nights we recived a welcome wine bottle and basic items as coffee, sugar, oil etc. were also provided.Thanks Richard!”

“We normally do the all inclusive holidays but this year decided to drive and stay in a villa. Matt the host was always available if both pre during and post our stay for any questions issue concerns we had. We were not disappointed with this property this is massive an as family of 7 we never felt we were on top of each other. It is beautiful and our kids were in there element the lol was great the same room is perfect and we never wanted to come home we will be visiting again. Happy kids...

"Good hotel with a great location, Friendly staff, very good parking (secure) and an OK breakfast. The room was big and suites us well traveling 3 persons and a labrador. The bed was big and comfortable. New shower and bathroom. Just a 10 min walk to the Carcassonne old city. Can recommend it."

"Fjärde vistelsen på 6 år. Utmärkt parkeringstjänst. Läget är oslagbart: all sevärdheter och restauranger ligger inom 5 minuters promenad. Stort plus för den mycket vänliga personalen. Mycket trevlig innergård till frukost. Bra frukost. Individuell AC. Bra sängar med riktiga dubbelsängar (160x200cm och inte franska queen beda där man knappt ryms två vuxna. Ok med garderober, särskilt med franska hotell-mått mätt. Hotellet börjar dock bli ganska slitet. Vi skulle snarare säga att det är trevligt familjehotell med 3 stjärnor men bagageservicen ger dem en fjärde stjärna: den är värd vartenda öre!! Vi väljer Le Donjon också nästa gång!"
