"It was very expensive for this the service was v bad the butler service was just a joke I was so shocked about the water came out v dirty in bath tub I don’t recommend this hotel never gonna book ever again v disappointed want to request money back for this hotel. U can see I’m a gold member and never had this kind of experience before we had rooms too in fairmont aswell v nice hotel and better service in v good price. I hope u gonna help me with it."

"Wonderful hotel with a stunning view from the 23rd-floor balcony overlooking Porto Arabia. If you enjoy walking, this hotel is in a fantastic location—just a 5-minute walk to the port, which offers a wide range of cafés, restaurants, and exclusive shopping. The breathtaking Pearl Mosque is only a 10-minute walk away and definitely worth a visit. I haven't tried many of the hotel's facilities, but the in-room dining was fresh with quick service, and the overall service from the staff was exceptional."

"Nice hotel with everything .. my feedback better or several restaurant The indian one has only fix menu .. the South American had only buffé intill 9/1 and the Asian one was just “OK” and pool menu the burger could be more testay. Breakfast very simple. "
