“The good stuff - the host met us as we arrived; focused on the beauty so we did not see the bad parts til later (our fault); amazing balcony view of the Mediterranean and footpath to the water; floors and bathrooms were reasonably clean; family-friendly beach nearby where umbrellas and chairs could be rented The bad - multiple windows were cracked, broken furniture legs, countertops dusty and greasy, clean but stained linens, no toilet paper provided. “The reception was a huge problem. They didn’t have my reservation anywhere. I had to wait for over an hour and call Expedia support to get my room. The room was clean and it had a wonderful view. The place was extremely overcrowded. The pool water was filthy. The pool bathrooms were filthy and the beach was absolutely disgusting, totally filled with trash. ”

"Stayed for 5 wonderful nights ,hotel located perfect, in the historical Alexandria City Center 180 to the sea. The staff are very friendly and knows eactaly how to make hers customers satisfy. Kindness,Respectfulness, Service-Minded Personality,Professionals always find solutions to your problems and try to answer you every singel question just to make you staisfy. Big thanks to mr.Ahmad & Asharf Nothing to complain, I enjoyed my stay 100%. Highly recommend, will be back again for sure. Personal."
