“A administracao é fraca;; nao ha funcionario, nao ha limpeza do quarto, nao ha troca de toalha; quando à porta, ainda aguardamos a chegada da administracao; depois a troca de quarto porque o aquecimento da agua nao funcionou…poeira no quarto; muita. ”

“This was a great holiday location and the house was clean and comfortable with a well equippet kitchen and had a private patio right outside. The pool and the pool area was fantastic with sunbeds, chairs and parasols. It was quite and relaxing. Some nice restaurants were within walking distance from the house. The hosts were very nice and gave us valuable tips about activities, restaurants and places of interest. We stayed her with our 2 kids (aged 8 and 10) for one week and we really loved it!...

“The apartment listed internet and there was none. My wife and I both work while traveling so this is essential. The rental agency Fued promised it would be installed the next day. It was not. We went to the office and was offered another apartment with WiFi, air conditioning and historic center location as we had originally required but when we went to see it they had no key. We spent three nights without our required internet service and was given no compensation.”
