"We like the pool and the shuttle service. The food choices were fine. Nice service at the sport bar. Bad app for checking in advance. There was also something wrong with the elevator. If it was working nobody explained how to use it, it has some idiosyncracies. The personel at the pool seemed stressed, no towels available."

"Vi bodde först två personer en natt och sedan fixade hotellet en extrasäng för min dotter för den andra natten då hon kom på besök till Barcelona. Tacksam att det fixade sig. På talterassen var speciellt en kvinna i personalen ohyggligt hjälpsam och trevlig och mindes mitt namn redan andra dagen."
