"Im sorry to say that the stay was a big disappointment. They promote the hotel with a nice pool area. But it was open, due to private events and very limited open hours . Check in was at 15:00. And the pool closed at 16:00. I got informed that it was going to open again 9:00 the next day . When I came back the day after, the pool was closed again. This time due to a private brunch. I booked the hotel simply to relax at the roof top with the pool. This is false marketing. The staff in the reception appeared to be uninterested in general, from the time of the check in, until I was checking out the day after. This hotel is really not worth the premium price they are charging. The only good thing during my stay was the food and the staff at the restaurant Real. They did a very good job."
