"Väldigt bekvämt, fint, trevlig personal, extra tack till Kayla som alltid var trevlig vid service i poolbaren samt vid frukosten. Sista dagen fick vi liten överraskning vid frukosten från henne och hotellet. Varmvattnet i duschen var oberäknelig, växlade mellan väldigt varmt och lagom. Bra att man kunde fylla på vattnet gratis till rummet från flertalet vatten-stationer. Smidig in och utcheckning"

"Kan vara bästa hotellet vi bott på. Otroligt bra service av supertrevlig personal. Vi var en stor familj på åtta personer - och alla tyckte vi bodde jättefint. Läget är perfekt på White Beach, och bara en kort promenad från kvällslivet på Station 2. Kan verkligen rekommendera det här hotellet!"

"The room was very nice, staff amazing, amazing breakfast. Beach was the best beach I experienced. Everything you needed from towels to water for drinking by the beach. Kids room for playing, two pools etc etc. If I would complain about something, the lost one of our garments in the washing and did not compensate us or even said sorry, there was three weddings in a week and it was fun at first but then got a bit annoying. "

"Terrible service. Check-in took two hours, and it was incredibly stressful after a long flight, ruining my first impression of the island. The receptionist, Mica, doesn't know what service is, nor does the manager. They only took cash for a deposit, didn't want to check us in, and tried to upsell us an upgrade, even though we'd originally booked a better room. The room itself was damp, and we weren't happy with the cleaning. The door to the balcony was broken, causing the air conditioner to leak (and this was an upgraded room). The line for breakfast was huge, and the breakfast itself wasn't great either. Unfortunately, there were no other hotels available on the island for New Year's, so we had to endure this nightmare for a week. We don't recommend it! We're happy we checked out and left. "
