“The house is very well equipped with all kitchen appliances you need, even a splendid BBQ on the terrace. I didn't miss a thing; it was perfect. The boiler was defect, but promptly replaced. So, that doesn't count. The hosts are marvellous, including the friendly dogs. The area is fantastic; you don't even have to reach out very far. I did a hike starting at the house up a hill with wonderful views to lake Trasimeno through nature in blossom. Beautiful!”

“This is a lovely property. Plenty of room. Well equipped with everything you need. The courtyard is a beautiful place for breakfast in the morning and wine in the evening. The flowers planted in the courtyard are beautiful. Please be aware that you must be able to walk up steep hills to get to this property. Of course, pretty much anywhere you go in Cortona is a hill.”

“O noite é muito bacana. Um castelo muito antigo preservado e numa localização privilegiada, no alto de uma montanha onde a vista é espetacular. Os quartos são grandes, a staff é super atencioso, tem um restaurante na propriedade que facilita devido o hotel ser mas afastado. Café da manhã com várias opções. Tem uma torre que é possível subir e tirar fotos lindíssimas no pôr do sol. Super recomendo ficar pelo menos uma noite. ”

“80 von 100 punkten. Ein sehr schönes Haus mit einem super Pool. Der Besitzer ist sehr sympathisch und hat uns frisches Gemüse gebracht, die Verwalterin ist äusserst zuvorkommend. Für den relatv hohen Preis dürfte das Mobiliar jedoch in einem besseren Zustand sein. Es hat keine bequemen Sessel im Aussenbereich um gemütlich zu sitzen, die sonnenliegen sind etwas gammlig und die Pfannen in der Küche praktisch unbrauchbar zum kochen.”

“Siamo stati ospiti di Loretta e Fabio per 2 settimane a fine settembre 2024 con due persone e un cane. L'alloggio era bellissimo ed esattamente come nelle foto, con molto spazio aggiuntivo (ad esempio il giardino d'inverno). La grande proprietà recintata con piscina era a nostra disposizione solo ed era l'ideale per il nostro cagnolino. Non era possibile scappare. Dato che il tempo ha collaborato, abbiamo potuto fare ampio uso della grande piscina. Attrazioni come Arezzo, Firenze, Siena erano...

“Das hast ist klein aber fein, liegt toll in den Bergen und ist ideal zum erholen. Keinen Trubel, nur Ruhe und Natur pur. In wenigen Minuten ist man in Cortona. Dort gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und eine schöne Altstadt. Die Famile denen das Haus gehört wohnen gleich neben an, sie sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider war's im April noch etwas kalt aber dank dem Offenen Kamin und genügend Feuerholz war das kein Problem. Wir werden dort bestimmt nochmal Urlaub machen.”

“I celebrated my 60th birthday at Villa Francesca, along with my husband, kids (plus my daughter's boyfriend), several of my sisters, a niece (plus my niece's boyfriend), and a few great friends. The spaces were perfect for us, the large, professional kitchen was exactly what we needed, as were the large tables for gathering for meals, games, and conversations--and a raucous game of Jeopardy.
