“I needed a large house at Bognor Regis for a family reunion. This house ticked all the boxes. A clean house, spacious rooms. provided towels and toiletries and lots more. It was warm and comfortable. Loved the decor.My family we impressed and hope to visit again.I would recommend this excellent property. ”

We also had mid stay housekeeping which we were very impressed with. The location of the Cottage is extremely close to all the shops, seafront, park and train station. “The bungalow was well appointed and clean. However the bathroom had some mould on the tiles, and on the non slip bath mat . Otherwise it was clean and comfortable. We were really pleased to be moved there after the flat we had booked was dirty and stank of cigarette smoke. That flat should not be on your books.”

“We had a lovely week at Apple Tree Barn, the barn was warm and comfortable and the space was just right for three of us. We found it was in a great location for local days out and it was convenient to have the small village shop within walking distance. There were good facilities for staying in and cooking basic meals, although the kitchen would not necessarily be suitable for longer stays.”

“Accommodation was fine, clean and had hardly any issues. But just a few comments. We are both in our mid 70's and my wife having had recent back surgery had a lot of difficulty climbing and descending 4 flights of very narrow stairs. Even I had trouble with them and I do not have big feet but I had to go down sideways. I am surprised they meet building standards.
