“Cool, chill place. Nice staff.”

“Phone number did not work no one at the front gate couldn’t even access. The property had to go to a different motel.”

“Very nice location with a stunning view from the beautiful pool on the mountains around. The apartment was nicely designed, decorated with taste and perfectly clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was calm and peaceful, we loved it.”

“It was larger than I expected. Extremely clean. Very nice. We were all happy with our experience.”

“Tico Tico was the ideal place for our two-week stay while we attended Spanish School in Quepos. We stayed in villa #12 which was exactly as shown in the photos. It was spacious, clean, and had a great open, modern aesthetic. And A/C!!! Having the kitchen was fantastic. “Nice place, convenient Rooms with fridge, coffemaker, microwave, kitchenet and all the things necessary for cooking. Recomendation: if you have a car it can be easier 'cause you have several supermarkets and restaurants near there ( 2 km or less) but if; not try to have some things to cook before due to by walking/uber/bus could be complicated. The rest of the things are OK, nice pool some weekend”

“I have rented a few times from this property and this was the first time we got a two bedroom. The location is perfect when returning to San Jose. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Thanks as always.”

“It was very simple but very clean. Complimentary coffee and water. It was in a kinda weird area, not a bad area just at the end of a dead end street. Never met the host, but everything was perfect anyways. There's a few restaurants within walking distance. Not a touristy vibe. Great for a few nights stay or a box to sleep in.”

“Better stay than expected. Fantastic views, clean room, Staff very helpful & accommodating. Hope to return soon. Have no reason to shop around when staying in the area again.”
