“Great property in a nice and quiet location, in walking distance to city center and restaurants/shops. Room feels luxurious and comfortable, very quiet air-conditioning. Last but not least, breakfast is included with all rooms and it is a very good breakfast where they don’t skimp out on the croissants, baguettes, fruit and cereals. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.”

“At first I was put off by a self-check in system that takes your ID to verify, but after looking at other reviews my mind was put at ease. PROS: Location, decor, quiet, free breakfast (we noticed pastries and bread were available throughout the day as well), easy check in (there is a clearly marked sign out front that we missed, but that was user error. When we walked up to the door we could get on the hotel's free WiFi and checked my email for code access. Not a con but just an FYI: It's on...

“Well appointed property perfectly suited to our large family group. Charming host, tennis court, swimming pool, boules, pool table, etc provided activities for everyone. Property within easy reach of pretty Chateaudun with its chateau, supermarkets and canoe hire.More information about disposal of rubbish and a few extra towels would have been helpful. Expected camp cot was not there but host made provision at short notice. A very, very happy stay which everyone enjoyed.”

“We had a lovely holiday. The house suited everyone the facilities were great and kept everyone entertained and happy. The Air conditioning was brilliant as the weather was warm. Great communication from the host. We had a fantastic time. Remember to bring pool towels, we forgot and needed to go buy some.”

“Very welcoming host who was always available for help or advice if needed, but left us to enjoy the property by ourselves. The kitchen is really well supplied! Several reviews mention this, and it’s true. Also plenty of plates, glasses and cutlery which isn’t always the case. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent facilities. Locally, we probably weren’t very adventurous with restaurants etc, but we did use the excellent nearby tram service into Orléans. It’s affordable and runs every 20 mins....
