"De hade ingen service alls.Grpgade oss inte om allt var i sin ordning eller om vi behövde något. Smutsit väldigt t.o.m under sängen när vi kom och ens facen efter vi varit ute då de bara bäddade lika smutsigt under sängen. Under all kritik. Annars ett fint hotell och ligger bra till, centralt alltså."

"Tyvärr var poolen stängd men fick gratis parkering som kompensation. Bra veganska alternativ på frukostbuffén och mycket fräscht och gott överlag, trevligt med omelettkock! Bra bonus med liten present till barnen vid incheckning! Finfina fräscha rum! "

"Rent, snyggt och väldigt skön säng ! Kom på kvällen, lite svårt att hitta med GPS:en…. Däremot blev jag glatt överraskad av hotell upplevelsen."

"Fint rum med helt okej sängar. Hjälpsam personal. Tyvärr var det en del tekniska bekymmer. Vårat keycard fungerade inte utan istället fick en ur personalen följa med och låsa upp rummet till oss. På morgonen fungerade åter igen inte kortet, men det gick att återaktivera som tur var. Frukosten är helt okej men inte så stor. "

"This hotel is disastrous! The area in which the hotel is located does not feel very safe, we would not have wanted to move outside the hotel. In the lobby there are women moving around who we suspect are there to do some questionable work... The man at the reception is nice but that's also the only good thing about the whole stay. Corridors and rooms lack AC and it was therefore unbearably hot in the room and if the balcony door was open there was an imminent risk of pigeons entering. There was a fan in the room which certainly did the job but was very dusty and stale. The whole room was very worn, dirty and unfresh. The bathroom had probably not been renovated since the 70s/80s and there was extensive moisture damage/mold on the wall. We arrived at the hotel late in the evening but considered looking for a new hotel as it was partly very unfresh but also because it felt very unsafe. I had never lived there by myself but now we were family and we chose to stay. We only slept a couple of hours to be able to leave the place as early as possible in the morning! This was my absolute worst hotel stay ever! "
