“Very family friendly, although rhe facilities themselves are basic. iIt was nice to be able to share facilities with the neighboring resorts. In particular I took advantage of the spa at Angsana and Treetops restaurant at Banyan Tree which was excellent. Staff English level at Cassia was not the best, a few times we had trouble communicating. ”

“This is an old property with a lot of potential. The rooms are lovely but run-down. There were a lot of things broken in the room and stuff that needed updating. The pool was in rough shape as was the rest of the outside. Food on-site was excellent, staff were good for the most part. They screwed up and did not clean our room, we asked them to do it at 4pm and went to the beach for a while, came back and it was not done. “A very nice and new hotel that has become my new favorite for business travel to Batam. Excellent location and also freshly surrounded by a great city view. Hoping only that the breakfast offering for westerners improves. ”

“We arrive early from the ferry and no one was speaking English in our tower. Rafa was receptionist in tower 1 and was Amazing helping us move in. She explain the deposit issue and the wait for our move in. She found us a guide Lonbam and made our trip excellent. Later on akbar in tower 2 was also helpful and spoke great english”

“It has provided queen size bed in 2 bedroom as per our request for my family of four. Only improvement needed is to provide pots and pans, knife and cutting board. Having a kitchen but no proper kitchen tools serves no purpose. ”
