“Good location for a staycation ”

“This property was perfect for what we wanted. The whole house was well-equipped and the games room was excellent. The location is in a quiet cul-de-sac, close to a supermarket and retail park. Communications with the host were spot on.”

“I enjoyed my stay”

“Good”

“Good: contact with manager. Cleanliness and general set up Parking for car off road. Access to public transport.. Not good: on arrival the flat was stone cold and took 24 hours to warm up. Kitchen equipment was old, basic and just about functional. Very limited small kitchen tools ”

“Close to shops pubs restaurants only draw back was the property not suitable for a baby and could do with a bit of a paint and bath resealed but ok for a couple of nights stay with no baby”

“we just needed somewhere to stay for 1 night and it meant those needs. It is obviously just a business as it lacks any homely feel to it- very basic, lacking in comfort and little effort made to make the guests feel that any additional efforts have been made.the dirty tissue left on the dining chair did not help assure us that it had been cleaned properly… ”

“Clean and great location”

“It was great place to go, leicester is a brilliant city, hosts were amazing really responsive. And we had great time”

“A characterful converted cow shed with roof beams, but decorated in a modern way with all you need, and a free jug of milk. The bed was comfortable, and there was a wet room shower.I could not see any way to open a window, which I would have liked, and the Wifi only worked in half the room, which I mentioned to the owner. We were welcomed and again had goodbye said to us as we left, which was friendly. We prefer a separate bed room as one of us gets up very early, but it was OK for one night.A...

“I stayed in this hotel room and it was ridiculously hot to the point of being unbearable. The air conditioning either didn’t work or was completely ineffective, and the room felt like a sauna all night. I wasn’t able to sleep at all, which completely ruined my stay. For the price I paid, this is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here until they fix their temperature control issues.”

“The property was gorgeous. Sally allowed us early check. Perfect location for Warwick House Weddings. Highly recommended ❤️”

“Top notch. Great communication from the vendor before arriving and they met me there when I arrived. Clean flat, safe access, well stocked. Car parking was free 6pm to 7am and you can pay via the app or pay £20 in the NCP. Will definitely use again. ”

“Exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated throughout. Adjustable heating and lighting very comfortable bed and quiet area. Nice to have a fridge and a microwave in the room too.”
