“Place was clean and located close to everything. Restaurants directly below are delicious. Parking is far but it’s like that everywhere. There is no air con but the owner provided a fan which was very appreciated. We enjoyed our stay.”

“We stayed in the Avantgard apartment and while the location was great; right in the centre of the old town, within walking distance to many cafes, restaurants and shops, the apartment did have a few issues. It faces the main road so it was quite noisy throughout the night. The apartment itself is also very creaky, especially the loft where the bed is. “We had a very good time. The property managers were very helpful. We arrived after the office closed, but we were able to get into the apartment. The apartment is very modern and comfortable. The location is perfect near all the stores and food you can think of. ”

“On arrival the restaurant was closed and upon asking the receptionist o was told there is no restaurant near by . The room was never cleaned and dirty towel was put back on the rail. Room was noisy at tines with main villa door being shut and people coming in and out also dog being left in next door room. The restaurant staff didn’t speak English. I ordered some food and I was offered microwave chicken and raw fish where I ordered a glass of wine , I was only offered a full bottle. Upon asking...

“No hot water , no parking . We had to walk outside from reception to the room. Very expensive for what they offer ”

“They canceled my trip few days before I was supposed to arrive. I have to find a new location which wasn't very easy. Not nice. I checked the website and the property was still available to rent and got no explanation for that.”
