“I recently stayed at this apartment and overall had a good experience. The place is modern and in excellent condition, and most areas of the property were very comfortable with no complaints. Communication with the support team was smooth, they were responsive and helpful throughout my stay. That said, there were a couple of drawbacks. “Booked a cottage, turned up to an estate tiny house ,smelt awful ,owner was creepy ,awful advertising didnt stay at the property had to pay £200 extra to stay in a holiday inn we are awaiting a refund ,angry and annoyed ,felt unsafe for our children”

“Our family of 5 loved staying at this property in tge beautiful Hebden Bridge. Fabulous, quirky location on the side of a very, very steep cobbled road. We were fortunate to find parking at the bottom of the hill not far from the house. It is a bit of an effort lugging suitcases up the hill but it is so worth it!Not the place for those with mobility issues though.House was lovely and had everything we needed and only a few minutes walk into town.Highly recommend!”
