“I stayed here two years ago, and it was the first time I gave a hotel 10/10. I came back this year very aware that Lebanese hotels tend to get worse by time. But here it wasn’t. The hotel is very unique comparing to ALL Lebanese hotels I stayed at. The level of professionalism is unparalleled in Lebanon. Room wasn’t cleaned well before arrival or when asked for, the bedsheets and duvet has rust stains, there was a dead cockroach waiting for me in the bathroom and had only one AC remote for both the bedroom and the living room units, i found one empty shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom that weren’t removed before my arrival”

“Je suis arrives tardivement et Monsieur M. m’a reçu avec bienveillance et gentillesse. Comme mon petit frere et moi ne supportons pas la cigarette donc nous avions parler avec le manager par whatsapp avant notre arrivee au liban et il était tres coopératif mais de toute manière les chambres sont strictement interdits au cigarette. Les chambres sont tres confortables. La douche est tres propres. Equipement de sport bien propres et tout neuf. La couleur de l’immeuble a l’exterieur est magnifique...

“The worst hotel I ever stayed in my life, extremely dirty place. I would not recommend this place to anyone whatsoever unless you want to be bitten by bed bugs and have them charge you an extra night for an early check-in of a few hours. Very materialistic experience. Even charged me for a towel that fell on their dirty floor and I used to clean up their own dust. Never again.”
