“Fantastiskt lägenhetshotell utrustat med allt du kan tänkas behöva vid en längre (eller kortare) vistelse. Spishäll, ugn, mikro, stort kylskåp, tvättmaskin, diskmaskin och allt var i toppskick! 10/10 på allt. Vi fick även lämna väskorna då vi anlände tidigt, inga problem alls. Supertrevlig personal och så fint område - lugnt, stillsamt och tryggt med en stor och fräsch matbutik bara 100 meter bort. Finns även en stor takterrass, dock utan bar eller dylikt så ta med eget snacks och dricka....

“The property is small and cozy as described, facilities are tidy and clean. We couldn’t receive the check-in instructions until we call at check-in time, the problem is solved quickly. "Friendly staff, air conditioning worked well and it was clean. Breakfast OK but not more. Not possible to get single duvets for a double bed and the best they could to was to offer us extra sheets to use instead. An average hotel though still fairly expensive. "

"For the purpose, staying relatively cheaply and use it as a base for day trips (by car outside Luton), the hotel was sufficient (clean and OK breakfast). However, we feel that Hotels.com stated several things that were not correct: 1) The room did not have AC (possibly temporarily broken), 2) the room was not cleaned during the stay (4 days) and 3) parking was not included in the room but there were about 20 spaces in about 150 rooms (however, the hotel solved this by allowing us to park next to the reception."

"Bra rum, bra frukost, men ac:n på rummet fungerade inte. Och man fick inte öppna fönstret mer än ca 5 cm, då det var spärrat. (Vi bodde på andra våningen) Det var 32 grader när vi var där och flera gäster var missnöjda. I lobbyn och restaurangen fungerade ac:n så vi vet inte om det var besparing eller om det verkligen var ngt fel. De bad om ursäkt och ville erbjuda poäng i ngn klubb, som inte vi kan utnyttja. Då erbjöd de ”some drinks” for the road så vi tog ett par flaskor vatten. Hade varit schysst att tex halvera priset på rummet. "
