“The property has a kitchenette but no dishes, cutlery, toaster,or coffee maker were available in the room. When we asked we were told that they had nothing. Not even a glass. The staff were kind to get us an extra towel, soap, and pillows but the amenities are pretty weak. Also, the mattress was extremely soft. On the positive side, it's in a great location close to beaches and lots of restaurants and grocery stores.”

“Very nice place in a quiet neighborhood with amazing views! Really great spot to sit under the magnolia tree with a glass of wine and look over the lake and beautiful garden. Radina was very helpful throughout and gave clear communication for each possible thing. The driveway is a bit steep but we got the hang of it! ”

“We had a nice stay at the property. Could not take advantage of the lovely garden because we were visiting family and weather also not great. Beautiful view from the garden. A basement which is a little dark but a large place with seperate living room and equipped kitchen area. Was very clean and very tastefull decorated with nice touches. Like a home away from home. “We really loved our stay with Teresa. She is a very warm and welcoming person. Her place reminded us so much of our Bed and Breakfast experiences in England. The room is not large but it has tons of atmosphere with all the wood and antiques.
