"Great location in hectic Old Dehli with lots of charm. The downside was that it was noisy at night but perhaps that was because of Devali. Dinner from the restaurant was excellent and the rooftop area is nice to relax in. Especially enjoyed the kite flying and overlooking the roofs. Room was spacious, clean and with good AC. The annoying parts was that communication with the hotel was a disaster and not with line with a hotel of this standard. They don’t answer on email and WhatsApp and when they do things go wrong with airport pick up. Very nonchalant. Breakfast was a disappointment and a very bland affair. "

"Not a 5 star hotel according to me, pictures better than reality. Location and service great, food and facilities in the hotel poor considering it to be classified as a 5 star hotel"
