“It was a really nice, very close to our family. The swimming pool it was very nice. As well having a washing machine it came very handy. The only thing is it was very hot at night and the a/c did not reach the rooms. The maun water was cut off early in the morning without knowing., but a rext with erick, was resolved quickky. Thanks. “The house had a great centralized location to downtown Santa Ana! The property was very clean inside and out. The check-in process was somewhat antiquated due to the fact that due to delays we arrived later than expected, and had to still coordinate a face to face hand off of the keys to the location. “First I want to say I had a great host her communication was always transparent, she is also bilingual for anyone speaking english and spanish , I loved My stay i loved my vacation tho only mid hap i had during my trip is the lukewarm water, That’s half of the country though not everyone has water heaters but it was nothing major!”

“The community is private, family oriented and has security officers 24/7. There's a plaza with a food court and different outlets where you can do some shopping. The host is very flexible and attentive. She keeps the apartment very clean. We will surely consider staying here when we visit again.”
