“Car park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....

“Host was difficult to reach. We never received check in information. We had to call the property owner twice and Travel Nest three times over several hours to get the information. Listing also says the house house has a washer and dryer, but there is no dryer. ”

“Lovely Breakfast, Friendly and Helpful Staff, Beautiful and Spacious Apartment, Easy Parking, Brilliant View especially from the roof terrace, perfect location to visit the museum. Only downsides were the rather firm bed and checkout is at 10am and cost £50 for an extra 2 hours! ”

“Great location, clean, everything we needed. Pleased to have allocated car space. Had an issue with receiving the access codes, which i had to chase up. But, staff were very good and sorted problem straight away. Overall, excellent!. We would stay there again.”
