“Good residence for the family. We booked the top of the range suite, had 2 bathrooms. All the conveniences were there except a washing machine but fine for a stay less than a week. The property was very clean when we checked in and we returned it in a fairly clean state. The spa is good and the putside hot tub with views of the mountains is spectacular. ”

“Perfekt läge nära liftar o backar. Egen lite mataffär i samma byggnad. Två större mataffärer inte långt från hotellet. Personalen var mycket trevliga och hjälpte oss att boka bord på två fantastiska restauranger. Skiduthyrningen med ingång från receptionen kan varmt rekommenderas.”

“Good value Contemporary Bed a little firm but good for me Fridge smelt and nothing done about it as clients responsibilty Apart from that lovely staff , well run . On leaving nowhere secure to leave baggage , just left in reception area & not looked after ! But hopefully safe !!! ”

Information from owner was easy enough to follow & the key manager provided the details for accessing the key (despite my rusty French!)Advise bringing some Dolce Gusto pods for the coffee machine (although the nearby Spar does stock them, and is the best supermarket in Les Carroz and only 2 mins walk away) Similarly a dishwasher is present, so again bring tablets if you want.Bathroom o.k and enough hot water, as mentioned before upper...

“No joining instructions were sent prior to arrival. The resort had no idea of the booking because it was a private apartment rented out on Hotels.com by another company. I had to call to get someone to tell me how to gain access to the apartment. The resort were going to charge me for parking but I showed that the listing stated parking was included. When we got into the apartment there were no towels or bedding. Had to call again. Was told that the listing stated that this was not included....

“The hause is big and have a great living room en kitchen. All previous reviews from other guests are right. You can see that the house is normally for private use. But thats is not a problem. Take care of the cats was ok, we made frends with the cats (although some of us had a bit of an allergy to cats). We thank mathieu we could use his well made hause. ”

“We hebben met twee gezinnen een week in het appartement doorgebracht.Locatie is goed met mogelijkheid om naar de liften te skiën en een pendelbusje dat elk kwartier langs komt.Voorzieningen (zwembad, gym, parkeergarage, ski locker en sauna) ook goed. Handig dat er een skiwinkel in het complex is en er een brood service is.”

“A wonderful peaceful alternative to an apartment for 1-2 people, this secluded mini-chalet-style studio has all the facilities you need and a lovely sun terrace with fabulous mountain views as well. Bed folds up into the wall and becomes a sofa for daytime in one easy 5-second movement. WiFi signal with a booster in place is strong and the speed is fast. Great location

"Modern style ski hotel with great service team - from reception to dining areas - and room quite OK - had a room with balcony - nice with separate WC. Very conveniant with ski rental inhouse and we got great service from Christophe. Good breakfast and decent buffet at the evenings. very close to ski lifts. to be recommened!"
