“The location of the property is perfect if you want to be in the city centre. We could not be more satisfied with the location and the apartment itself. Well decorated with great space and the views were amazing. We were between staying in Bellagio or Como and so happy we made the decision with Como. We would stay in this apartment again for sure! Communication with the property managers was excellent.”

“We loved this property. We were looking for something authentic and this was definitely it. This apartment had lots of character and ambience. it was well equipped for cooking and living. We loved the spiral staircase and the bedroom on the upper level. We also built a fire in the outdoor fireplace. The grocery store up the street was fantastic along with the fact that it had fill your own bottle of red or white wine.”

“Very cute apartment in the center of Bellagio with many amenities and central location, but bed mattress was too soft and uncomfortable, gave us backaches just after a few hours. Also because it is in the center of town, you can hear people on the street talking constantly until late at night. If you even open the window you'll see all of the people right below you.”

“Wir hatten hier einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt mit 4 Übernachtungen. Das beste hieran ist die Lage direkt am See mit wunderschönem Blick und der zu Fuß gut erreichbaren Altstadt. Wir konnten von hieraus schöne Wanderungen machen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt einen großen Parkplatz direkt am Eingang. Wir haben nur wenige kleinere Kritikpunkte: - sehr langsames WLAN - bei Ankunft waren 2 Dinge kaputt (Schloß der Balkontür und eine Nachtischlampe) Alles in allem aber zu empfehlen.”

Very good value for money
"A very nice place, and unfortunately we noticed some negative reviews on the state of this old hotel, but it doesn’t affect the quality of the stay. Italy is old and perhaps not for everyone. Staff is kind and service very good. The spa and swimming pool are great bonuses. The location of the hotel by the lake shore is second to none. This is really good value for money. Adding to that the restaurant and bar are terrific. "
