“Great location and good apartment. Very quiet, clean and safe . Location is very good”

“The property is two separate locations. It says its a two bedroom apartment and there is just a one bedroom studio. Its not clear which you are getting. The bed in the one bedroom which we got stuck with is really uncomfortable and there is no space to do anything in that room. I felt pretty frustrated as i thought the space was going to be bigger because of the pictures shown in the ad. ”

“This is a lovely central place to stay . The apartment has everything you need is very comfortable and is very secure . It’s only a few minutes walk into the town of Como so very convenient. The downstairs sofa bed was as good as any double bed and the lounge was big enough to sleep . Ideal for 2 couples or a family would recommend ”

“On our last night of stay which was a Friday night there was a lot on the street caused by people from the bar. You could hear a lot outside during the stay but it did not bother us unlike the last night. Everything else was fantastic, great hospitality, clean, proper guide, and thorough communication from property owner. ”

“Lovely apartment 15 minutes walk from the lake via shops, bars and restaurants, it is only 7 minutes walk from Como Borghi railway station. The apartment (on the second floor and accesses via 2 flights of stairs) had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Rent all Como were great agents throughout the booking/arrival process and the welcome gift on arrival was a particularly nice touch. We would certainly stay again if we return to Como.”

“I’ve never left a review on Hotels.com before because I’ve never had a reason to complain. I’ve been booking hotels here for over 8 years. However, this experience was unacceptable. First, the communication with the apartment owner was extremely poor. I was left waiting outside in the sun for two hours before anyone finally picked up the phone. Second, the apartment had a strong garbage odor when we arrived—and there was actual trash left in the unit. We had to endure three nights in a place...
