“Perfect place to stay—very comfortable and well-equipped room, with modern shower and kitchenette etc., clean BBQ, and a nice deck with good chairs overlooking the river or to look at the stars at night. Seeing hummingbirds at the plants outside was an unexpected bonus! ”

“I was there to ride my motorcycle and see Nova Scotia. This location was perfect for getting around, not far from Rt 1, the highway and Trunk 8. So it was close to riding the coastline, cutting across the island or the highway to every where else. Returning back to a quiet place to enjoy the thoughts and views of the day’s ride was made easy with this private setting.”

“Absolutely stunning property with spectacular views of the Bay of Fundy and walking distance to the Main Street of Digby. Lovely 4 bedroom , 3 bathroom ranch bungalow with all the bells and whistles. Everything you could think of was provided. Fully stocked and well appointed. Even games for kids. We would highly recommend this place and will be returning. My favorite place so far that we rented. Thanks very much.”

“Compact, many small amenities that make a great stay even better. Everything is clean and high quality. Bryan was attentive and made sure we were settled and comfortable. We had the best stay, we can't wait to come back. The stairs to the upstairs bedroom are steep and could be challenging for arthritic knees. The handrails are helpful and everything about the place speaks to safety and comfort. The sun room is a place you never want to leave. Its gorgeous and relaxing, exactly what we needed....

“This property is unbelievable for it's location, charm, comfort, and owner. I have stayed at many VRBO properties and this is, hands down, the best one I have stayed at. With a lighthouse and beach within walking distance, and overlooking a working harbor across the street, it is absolutely the ideal for experiencing the best of this area of Nova Scotia. The owner has amazing communication and provided an exemplary and low-stress experience. ”

“Lovely view from our cabin on the lake. A short drive to Yarmouth and Cap Forchu. Missed having a hot plate to cook on rather than a bbq, but would not deter us from coming again.”

“This was a great spot to spend a couple of days exploring the Annapolis Valley and surrounding area. Tons of space for 2 people and such a lovely combination of living space, kitchen, bedroom, etc. The light provisions (coffee, tea and breakfast items) were very generous and a great way to start the day.The bedroom can be very bright with the morning sun, which might impact light sleepers. All in all, a great spot that we would definitely come back to. Thanks for having us!”
