“The cottage was well separated from the other cottages. The amenities were well appointed with cooking utensils, pots, pans and washing up liquid and drying towels. Everything required was there. There was a good selection of DVDs. The cottages were located amongst the trees on top of a hill overlooking the town of Balingup. a very picturesque setting.”

“This property is exceptional.Our host Luke warmly welcomed us explaining the property and the adorable animals ( so love those huge pigs) . The Luxury shed is very well appointed with quality and lovely little homely touches. From the minute you arrive you feed in deep country and immediately relax and you don’t want to leaveA little Gem in Paradise .Thank you Luke and Kes we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back ”

“Nice house in a great location, right by the beach and with a lovely wetland view. It is great for dogs with the enclosed garden.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming home set among the trees. From the nostalgic creak of the front screen door to the beautifully rustic wooden interiors and comfy furnishings, we were enamoured from the moment we arrived. I was in bird nerd heaven, listening to and observing a whole range of feathered friends from the deck every moment I could - a little red-eared firetail came up close and said hello at least once each day, which was delightful. Another highlight was the afternoon...

“The cottage had everything we need for our group of 6 people to enjoy our 3 night stay. The kitchen was well equipped with all the utensils and cutlery. The beds were clean and comfortable to sleep in. The wood heater kept the living area nice and warm. The location was perfect as was close to town, but at the same time offering a country feel. Recommend for a relaxing stay.”

“Overall we were happy with the stay. The house was isolated and in a beautiful spot with the river and valleys. Breathaking views that I will miss. The house is as just listed, not the cleanest or neatest. Main issue is the red dirt road 4-5km to get to the property. Thankfully it was raining the last few days otherwise your car's back windscreen will be covered. If that is not an issue I would recommend this place to you. ”

“We had another lovely stay at Sarah’s property. Large house with beautiful beach and ocean views. Short walk down to a beautiful and very quiet beach. The house was clean enough (although not spotless) when we arrived. The local area is peaceful and quiet. It’s easy enough to do day trips to Busselton, Dunsborough, Bunbury etc with a car. Great that we are able to bring our dog on holiday with us. Would happily stay again! ”
