“Stayed for 10 days with my family. It was easy to find located right on the beach. Stunning beach and view. We loved the screened in porch. This beach house had everything you could want and then some. Washer dryer, a/c, plenty of hot water, really nice landscaping and parking. While there the owner had two new paddle boards delivered to the house which was really nice of them. Everything worked perfect. There are easy steps down into the ocean. Freshwater picket right out front to wash the sand...

“We own a property close by but had the entire family visiting. Need the extra bedrooms. For that purpose it was fine. We really only slept and had coffee in the morning other than that we were at our own property. Fridge is a bit rusted but was clean. Communication was good so complaints. ”

“I would definitely recommend staying at this unit! The condo was clean and very well stocked with all the things you need for an amazing beach vacation. The common areas and gardens are beautifully maintained. The pool was fantastic. Make sure to go to La Roc (restaurant on premises) for great food, drinks and live music. ”

“The property was sufficient for my purposes. However, the pictures are not accurate as far as the view of the ocean. When you look directly outside you are looking at another condo. You have to step outside on the balcony and then look over to the left in order to see the ocean. ... So people wanting a true ocean view This would not be the property for that. The communication with the owner was delayed most of the time. Also, it would have been good to know that once you renewed your stay there...

“Family of all ages had the most wonderful time. Huge house with everything you could need. What’s best: the location. Start and end your day on the ocean view porch. Take a walk up and down the beach. Go from private beach walk, up to the Banana Bay restaurant…eat, drink, swim, relax. Dave and Yvounger are the best hosts we have ever dealt with. Communication was prompt and overly helpful with getting us prepared for our stay. Yvounger met us at the car rental and brought us back to the...

“Wow! What an amazing place. We had a party of 6 and came to fish for the week. It was nice to be able to pull the boat right to the dock and have a workstation there to clean and rinse the day's catch. It was a great location to hit the ocean through the short canal. We didn't have to go far to dive for lobster, conch, and fish for various species. The house is spacious and gives everyone their own little space if needed and makes cooking/grilling nice to have everyone move about and not on top...

“Fantastic property, we had a group of 10 guys, two boats, worked out great being very close to the inlet and nice calm canal to dock the boats. The main house was very spacious and well appointed, as well as the annex and canal house. Would definitely stay again, the versatility of being able to choose 4, 5 or 8 bedrooms really worked out for us. ”

“Villia Lucaya was absolutely AMAZING! From check-in to checkout, Lisa was there with all questions and request. We took our 34’ boat and had plenty of room for at least two more boats. We snorkeled in the canal, watched the sea turtles all day and loved the pool and game room when we weren’t on the boat. We stayed almost two weeks and plan to stay longer next time. ”

“Bryan is the perfect host. Very open with communication and quick to respond. The property is exactly what was described. We were 6 adults and an infant. Lots of room and very clean. The beach and pool area were basically private only to us. Very enjoyable I strongly recommend this location for a quiet get away. This was our first visit to Freeport, the people and island are lovely. great food and entertainment.”
