“Beautiful location, hosts were very nice but the room was extremely dirty! I booked well in advance for 3 people and when we arrived, it was like the room had not been cleaned for weeks and they were not expecting us! There was old urine stains/drips on, around toilet bowl and on floor. Sink had hair and grime all around and the shower was the worst. Tile has not been cleaned in a long time and sand and hair on the floor. The fridge/freezer smelled like death. Had to air out and open all...

“Unbelievable property with sunrise. sunset, and a galaxy of stars was splendid! The house was remote and wonderful for Great Exuma. The beaches and pristine waters are unforgettable. I can’t wait to go back.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Shipwreck. Our family of 6 (including kids and a senior citizen) were comfortable and had everything we needed. The check in process was efficient and Kay was there to greet us ( even after we were delayed). Jack was amazing at giving us all the information about Exuma along with some great recommendations. The kids loved that we had our own private beach access and the views can’t be beat. Beds were clean and comfortable. Few minor updates in the kitchen area and...

“Our family of four adults had a great stay at this home! It was so comfortable, clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed. It’s in a quiet neighborhood near a beautiful beach. We would recommend it to anyone and will be back!”

“Everything I needed was there for a nice stay to accomplish some business. Next time I am bringing my fishing pole for a nearby fishing spot.”

“Great place, quiet and out of the way, really nice beach front bar and restaurant just at the bottom of the stairs.”

“Great place. Kayak's available to use, beautiful dock across the street right on the flats. We did see a couple of turtles, a shark, and a sting ray right off the dock. Fina offered to let us use just about anything we needed. Check in and out was very easy. ”

“The people were so kind, but the property was so bad. It is very old and worn. It is on a nice stretch of beach but it is littered with trash, broken chairs, tires, etc. I feel bad leaving this review, but it didn't have to be like this. Old is ok if it is clean and cared for. This property was not.”
