“We enjoyed our stay at Exuma Point very much. The Peach Sea View room was wonderful. It was precisely as described. It is not a luxurious resort, but wifi and A/C were fully reliable. We were disappointed that the on-site restaurant was never open during our stay though. The close proximity to Exuma Flats will likely bring us back again.”

“Jack, the host, is very welcoming and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay near Georgetown. Very nice to have kayaks and beach stuff to enjoy the beautiful beaches on this island. 4 adults and 2 teens stayed comfortably. They provide a robe so you can enjoy the outdoor shower. Grocery is about 15 min away but I do recommend having Kay get groceries before you arrive. Helps to have some food before you go into town. “Great place. Kayak's available to use, beautiful dock across the street right on the flats. We did see a couple of turtles, a shark, and a sting ray right off the dock. Fina offered to let us use just about anything we needed. Check in and out was very easy. ”

“Seabatical house sits on a beautiful beach and the house provided a lot of room for our family. The house did show a lot of wear and tear. We are NOT a picky and entitled group but for the amount we paid to stay at the Seabatical we were a bit frustrated. Refrigerator had to be fixed because it couldn’t stay a constant temperature, outdoor screens needed to be fixed as well.
