âThis is a very unique and beautiful stay. It is a steep walk down a few steps to the boathouse and is a little tight with luggage. The washer and dryer are below the boathouse and accessible through a trapdoor and down a small ladder- it's fun to go down to. The shower is very small and you will be unable to stand upright in it- you just gotta sit to shower. Despite the few quirks, we absolutely loved this boathouse stay. âLoved my stay here! Although I traveled solo, there is sufficient room for a large family/group. The view of the fjord is extraordinary, and I found myself sitting and watching the beautiful wildlife for hours. The adjustable LED lighting in the kitchen/living room area is a very nice touch, and there are separate indirect heating thermostats to control different parts of the home. âThese trailers are located in a industrial area so we were disturbed some late nights and early mornings by traffic. The walls are very thin and you can also hear neighbours in the other trailers. The accomondation itself was not clean when we arrived, there were dirty dishes, one unclean pillow and hair in the shower. âLoved this property, especially the deck which we used quite a lot! We stayed here 7 days. Parking was 500 m away and included EV charging which we required as we had an EV rented. Easy to use and charging is free on the Faroe Islands!! Great central location for all our day trips. Fabulous kitchen for us to cook which we did most nights.
