“We stayed at the 1 bedroom suite. It was perfect for a couple like us on a short stay. The view is second to none looking out North of Paihia across to Russell. You can watch the boats, ferries and yachts from the deck as well as from inside the suite. There is no oven, however there are 2 hobs to cook on. The entire unit is pristine and represents excellent value for money.”

“Property is true to the listing!! Pretty, clean, spacious, stocked with linen and kitchen supplies! Walkable to the beach (basically on the beach 1 minute walk down the drive to the water) gorgeous bathrooms, incredible group seating with an outside fire pit and a great covered deck. There is also an incredible winery just 5 minutes away from the VRBO. We are already raving about how wonderful this listing is we are very thankful for the owner’s hospitality. ”

“For our first trip to the Far North with our Aussie friends, having water views and a great location were key factors in selecting where to stay. As soon as we arrived, we knew we'd made the right decision. The bach has a charm of its own with its mismatched crockery, glasses, and comfortable couches, and reminded me of childhood summers spent in New Zealand. There's no need to turn on TV when you can simply sit on the deck and enjoy the scenery. The only downside was the BBQ, which we didn’t...

“We had a lovely stay at this property near Russell. Check in was easy and the property is very clean and well-equipped. Instructions were clear and recommendations were spot on.The views are beautiful and we were blessed with wonderful weather and several beautiful sunsets. ”

"A nice hotel with a very good location! Beds were comfy, good black out curtains, all was quiet. We didn't try the restaurant, so we have no opinion on the restaurant services except the bar. The Whisky sour we were served was nothing to write home about."
