“Wonderful short stay at Barnet House. Easy check-in with a code upon entry system. The unit had a full kitchen with high quality, brand new amenities including pots and pans, coffee maker, utensils and nice ceramics too. The unit would be have been even better if there was a least one shelf to put away groceries and a place to hang clothes or jackets, even a few hooks on the wall would make a huge difference if we wanted to stay longer than a few nights. “We had a fantastic time at the cottage, which is perfectly placed for the harbour, shops and surrounding villages.Cottage was ideal for the 2 of us and our dog, with the owner thoughtfully providing bowls and treats for Archie. Having an enclosed courtyard (which is a sun trap) was ideal for us to relax in and allow Archie to wander and say hello to the neighbours.Well equipped and comfortable accomodation - we'll definitely be back ”

“The property was very clean, and well equipped for self catering simple cooking. It was relatviely spacious. Both the double bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. The wifi worked well. It was a great base for exploring the Fife coastal villages, and St Modan's has an excellent smoked fish restaurant.”
