“Die Villa liegt auf einem Hügel nahe Selianitika in traumhafter, ruhiger Lage mit wunderbaren Meerblick. Man erreicht den Ort und den Strand auch zu Fuß in ca. 20 min.; Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die große Stadt Patras ist ca. 30 min. mit dem Auto entfernt. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. “The property is in a village with a small supermarket, bar, coffee shop and restaurant. However, I would recommend you have a car to access a greater variety of amenities and the beach. There were very few international tourists, although the the area is popular with Greeks. If you expect a tourist hot spot such on many of the the Greek Islands you will be disappointed.
