"Upon arrival the hotel said my booking was cancelled and blamed me for it. They then blamed Expedia although I said it was booked through Hotels, but they insisted to call it Expedia. I was given a room with a handicap bathroom that smelled like mold and was not properly clean. I noticed in my room there was a door, which I opened. That door led to another door which led to a separate hotel room - but it was not locked. I called front desk, the lady was extremely rude, didn’t take responsibility and didnt apologize. It took 45min for them to enter the room and look the door. "
