“We had a wonderful stay at this charming and unique coach house. Everything was just wonderful, all the MOD cons, wonderful, shower and comfortable beds not to mention cozy fireplace. Great location for day trips and nice and quiet in the evenings. Beautiful grounds to wander around. Fantastic communication with the host. Would highly recommend to anyone and would definitely stay there again. Thank you so much for a wonderful time. Glen.”

“We had a wonderful time. The property has everything you could need including thoughtful extras like milk, bread, tea and coffee on arrival. Property owner is lovely and easily contactable. There is a lovely place to sit outside with amazing views. Hay-on-Wye is literally an 8 minute drive away and lives up to its name of a bookish town. One of our favourite get always and I can’t recommend enough!”

“Beautiful cottage with everything you need for a romantic getaway, plenty of space and the décor with so much love put into the property. Hot tub was amazing loved it. We ordered from the menu homemade lasagne garlic bread and some chips for our first night and was so worth it tasted better than any pub meal. “The property owners were great and made sure our arrival was welcoming with great info and welcome pack. The property is a unique original cottage with hone comforts and incredible view. There are some great walks and lots of activities nearby and a visit to ye older ferrie inn is a must. There are shops locally but we took what we needed for our stay so we could get away from everything. We ditched the car and walked everywhere. "The pictures looks nicer than it is, the interior of the rooms are very outdated and the old rug that also are in the bathroom need to go. Lobby is ok, the stairs and corridor is very old-fashioned like the room. Luckily the bed is clean and nice. Birds outside made a lot of noise very early in the morning. Breakfast was good and the restaurant looks nice."
