“This is not exactly a hotel-type of establishment. It’s more like several an apartelle/rooms/suites in one building. Nevertheless, my experience with them was still a positive one. They don’t have a 24 hour front desk/lobby. However, late check-ins like ours can easily be accommodated. The room/apartment assigned to us was clean and spacious. AC was cold. Parking is on the street and seems very limited. There doesn’t seem to be an elevator. Overall, a positive experience. My only issue...

“Property is fantastic as per the pictures. It’s clean and maintained very well. It had all the amenities and necessities to make our stay comfortable. The owner and staff are very friendly. I would recommend and stay again in the future. ”

“Going to the area felt unsafe. We used a ranger ford as our transpo and the road going there is too narrow. You can only use motorcycle based on when were about to check in. We actually decided not to go to the place coz we felt unsafe. ”

“Arrived in their place but apparently it wasnt booked by expedia and told us weve been scammed. Contacted expedia and they said casa calungsod will email us. Received an email from them and the reason why they cant accommodate us is technical glitch. Asked for a refund but up to now no refund Received.Holiday ruined. Travelled all the way from ilocos just to find out we are not booked.”

“The pool was really nice and new, the bedrooms were spacious and clean, the bathrooms needs to be updated, it’s moldy and the floors are dirty, the kitchen is old, the cabinets are old and the cabinet doors don’t close, some of the cups are chipped, kitchen knives too old and the bath towels are too thin”

“Everything was very clean and the hosts were quick to respond. When trying to find the place, we had to stop and ask a few locals but it was not too difficult. Overall, great place to stay!”

“I felt so unconfortable when I check in the guard was really near me even check my confidential info. The air con doesnot work well so w/ the fan at the living room. Outside the room its smells bad. The place is near easy to access to the tourist spot.”
