"It's a very nice hotel, newly renovated. Very fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast very rich. The restaurant fantastic! Very good food and the staff very observant and super friendly."

"It delivered what was promised so three beds and a kitchenette but the cleanliness was not that good. They did not change the bed sheets the day we put up the help sign, they didn't wipe any surfaces and there were cockroaches in the apartment. "

"This hotel is disastrous! The area in which the hotel is located does not feel very safe, we would not have wanted to move outside the hotel. In the lobby there are women moving around who we suspect are there to do some questionable work... The man at the reception is nice but that's also the only good thing about the whole stay. Corridors and rooms lack AC and it was therefore unbearably hot in the room and if the balcony door was open there was an imminent risk of pigeons entering. There was a fan in the room which certainly did the job but was very dusty and stale. The whole room was very worn, dirty and unfresh. The bathroom had probably not been renovated since the 70s/80s and there was extensive moisture damage/mold on the wall. We arrived at the hotel late in the evening but considered looking for a new hotel as it was partly very unfresh but also because it felt very unsafe. I had never lived there by myself but now we were family and we chose to stay. We only slept a couple of hours to be able to leave the place as early as possible in the morning! This was my absolute worst hotel stay ever! "
