“We booked a premium room but the room given was completely different to the photos provided. Address was different to what was given on here. Had to wait over an hour for check in time evenknow we arrived within check in time. When we asked about the room being premium we were ignored. On boat staff were fine and accomodating which is the reason I didnt give a lower rating. We ended up booking another place for the second night because we were so disappointed. ”

“This apartment is spacious and provides a beautiful view! The security staff are friendly and work 24-7 to ensure the surroundings are safe and secure. “What a wonderful place, very beautiful and relaxing. Accommodation absolutely top notch, staff even better. Having stayed in several highly rated 5 star hotels during our month long tour of India we felt this to be the best. “We had a really poor experience… 1) The bathrooms and washing areas were smelling bad / extremely unclean… the taps were all fully dark and rusty 2) very salty water provided for all washing / bathing. 3) extremely un-friendly staff who were showing absolutely no interest in the welfare of the guests. 4) It was extremely hot during day time, so we asked them to switch on the AC and they said AC will be available only from 9pm. 5) We bought some expensive prawns from the shop they took as to ,...

Ok place, boring area

"Ok hotel although we were irritated because the manager promised to book a boat for us We specifically said we wanted a small boat to go to the backwaters and not to the lake. He said ok. The boat that came to pick us up was very big! When asking about that he said it would be safer than a smaller one and when we asked if it really would go to the backwaters he said no- only to the lake, since there are no backwaters! We refused to take the boat and arranged for one ourselves in another place, but we had wasted almost an hour waiting for the promised boat. The village/ area around the hotel is not nice, but hotel in itself is ok..."
