“From the very start this hotel gave the best experience. Staff greeting you at the door was very friendly and happy. Check in was really quick and reception quite nice. Overall quality is very good and super clean. Welcome message and personal message from the person preparing the room gave a special treatment feeling. Rooms super big and comfy with working AC. “We are there for a short visit of Pinas and attend wedding with my family members. Was not able to explore the whole area. We just sleep, bathe and stayed for a while mostly we go out. Nearby SM Bicutan is good for shopping and eatery. But the traffic is terrible ”

“Customer service 5 stars, the staff was awesome. Always polite and courteous. The beds were very uncomfortable and there were a few things broken and missing but they took care of it right away when they were notified. There were plenty of malls and restaurants in walking distance so that was very convenient. ”

“Check in was a nightmare. Got no information about what block or apartment number. So we been stopped by the guards outside in the heat for 20 min until it solved. The rooms is very simple but has micro ,fridge ,kitchen. No wifi in rooms. Tv out of order. The pool area is not free of charge ,and you have to go inside some kind of bank office to sign papers for a ticket But i give 5 stars to the balcony View, a wonderful sight over the Taal volcano 🌋”

“Acceptable, but not astonishing. Old hotel, somewhat worn out furnitures and interior. Brekfast was told to hold open until 11 AM by reception, but when we entered the breakfast around 9.45 AM, the buffet was empty and the breakfast host was almost not letting us order the included á la carte. Unfortunately, not a the best breakfat experience. Otherwise, everything else was OK and the staff was friendly. ”

“Need bed coverings for all the beds. Only sheets is not good enough for us. Cover is needed because the a/c breeze makes it too cold at night. one a/c remote is broken and missing battery cover. Stove tops looks old. But we did not use it. Overall everything was very good. ”

Fantastiskt!

"Mycket bra hotell. I direkt anslutning till flygplatsen T3. Stora rena fräscha rum. Finns ett minde Mall i direkt anknytning till hotellet. Frukostbuffén var helt fantastisk. Poolen är stor med sol hela dagen. God mat och dryck finns att beställa till pool området. "

Great hotel in a great location

"Fantastic value for money. Perfect Location. Great customer service. Nice and clean rooms. Nice pool area. Restaurant was nice and was very receptive to our feedback. The area around the hotel has a lot of life in form of restaurant bars and clubs. Basically crawling distance. Definitely my go to hotel next time in Manila. "

Wow.. just wow

"I stayed 1 week over xmas. But extended my whole trip 1week tl stay over new years. Love the city and the hotel. The staff is fenomenal. Polite and attentative. This will be my go-to hotel. Bar is good. Food is better than many high end resturants. Hotel is located close to a high end shopping site called Greenbelt. 5 huge buildings with shopping and food. They have a nice view from the room i had. They have an outside area for smokers/chill wich was my go to for long times of relaxing. Its conviniently located a short Grab away if you want to party (taxi app you should use if you are in manila.) (Its the Uber of PH) But as previously stated, its the staff.. its amazing how good they are here compared to other high end hotels. Love from sweden."
